2. Hardware & Node Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the safe operation of connected BCI hardware (e.g., EEG headsets, sensor arrays). You agree to follow the manufacturer's safety guidelines. SyncNeurons holds no liability for hardware-induced fatigue or data artifacts caused by improper electrode placement.
